Maria T. Resele, MSc

As a minority immigrant raised in poverty, I grew up navigating cultural shame, emotional rejection, and the silent weight of not belonging. A toxic relationship led to over a decade of single motherhood, where trauma, anxiety, and chronic sleep challenges became part of my daily reality. But even in the darkest moments, a deeper part of me knew: there’s more than this.

That inner knowing sparked a journey across three continents, over two decades of deep, embodied learning in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. With every step, I wasn’t just gathering tools, I was reclaiming parts of myself.

Today, I blend science and soul to help others reconnect with their inner strength and restore their nervous system. My work draws from:

Somatic Therapy & Breathwork
Neurophysiology, Trauma Inform Stabilization Training (TIST) & NLP
Spiritual Psychology & Body-Centered Coaching

I’ve trained with institutions like the University of Minnesota, Somatopia and Therapy Wisdom; studied under pioneers including Janina Fisher, Ariel Schwartz, Peter Levine, and Bessel van der Kolk, etc.

From this tapestry of learning, I developed Integrative Somatic Healing, a method designed to help you regulate, release, and rewire at the root level.

My Mission
I believe healing isn’t just possible, it’s inevitable when you have the right support and tools.

As a therapist and coach, I don’t “fix” people. I create the conditions for your innate intelligence to awaken, helping you break free from old patterns, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and embody the version of yourself that’s been waiting to emerge.
