About Me
Hello, my name is Maria. I am a Certified, Registered and Experienced Life Coach | Guide | Consultant and Specialist with a focus in Relationships, Family Dynamics, Alternative and Holistic Wellness practices, Decision-making, Life Transitions, Grief, Anxiety, Stress and Depression.
I'm also an Urgent/Crisis, Breakup, and Heartbreak Recovery Coach on LiftTalk, and provide support services on Vibly, Life Coach Hub, MyStar, and CoachX, with over 3,000 sessions and more than 2,000 five-star reviews to date. I am promoted on various platforms and offer Coaching, Counseling, Consultations, and Guidance. I hold international certifications in Life, Wellness, Mindset Development, and Relationship Coaching through the International Organization of Professional Life Coaches, Global Science Foundation, as well as ICF CCA Certification training from the Symbiosis School of Life Coaching. As a senior of 70+, I didn't think that a life coach could change much for me. I am set in my ways and like to be in control. When my husband became ill, I felt lost.
