About Me

Hello.
There are phases of life we all go through but often avoid discussing, especially GRIEF that comes with life’s many losses. I want to change that. I aim to help individuals handle their grief, no matter what the loss.

Grief is not limited to the passing of those we love. We grieve relationships that change, careers that end, and the lives we once knew. These losses shape us, and rather than suppressing grief, we can learn from it.

Having experienced profound grief myself, I understand how overwhelming it can be. As a certified grief coach, I am here to guide and support you through life's transitions and the loss you may feel. I want to guide you to making meaningful decisions, process loss, and find a path forward with greater peace and understanding. AND navigate your own end-of-life decisions with clarity and intention.

I have a degree in Communications and have assisted people during tough times throughout my career. My coaching style is empathetic and empowering. I intend to be an engaged listener and collaborator, no matter what journey you may be on.

I definitely understand and respect differences between people—everybody grieves differently. Engaging a grief coach is a step in the right direction because you may have never felt these emotions before. Feelings can be conflicted and confusing, so I believe it is paramount to offer tailored and personalized support to each client.

Cultural, personality, and relationship differences affect the grieving process. I will get to know you and your preferences to help you effectively deal with your circumstances. I do not judge, and I want you to feel better at the end of our sessions.
