About Me

With a background in counseling, I've always enjoyed walking alongside people and helping them when they need help. But with coaching, I get to do that in a way that empowers the other person to take their own action, and gain their own confidence. Where they shine, not me.

Over time, I felt coaching was a better fit for me as a way to help others without feeling the need to "figure people out" and "point them in a direction." It's been a life giving experience to watch clients discover their own motivation and drive for change. Honestly, an experience that brings me a lot of joy and gratitude.
