Not just an executive coach, she was a corporate health care executive for 20 years, an interim executive and current business owner for the past 14 years.

She has expertise in business development, strategic planning, mediation, negotiation and neurolinguistics in addition to her Masters' degree in Communication. She has coached teams and individuals. From for-profit business executives, physicians and other clinicians, hospital and clinic administrators, and not-for-profit administrators.

She has deep knowledge and experience with employment transitions, and understands that coaching individuals through the professional journey is all about making choices appropriate to one's skill and abilities, then appropriately stretching beyond their comfort zone.

She will help you appreciate your own skills, and identify potential growth areas where you determine to develop of improve upon strengths.
