I have been in a position where I was mentally prepared to embark on a new endeavor but lacked a concrete plan. Just like you, I have also encountered dead-ends and crossroads. It's not the most pleasant place to be. Getting myself to move forward was not an easy feat!

Through the years, I have learned that showing compassion and intentionality yields more positive results than the meticulous employment of organized tools. When I met a wonderful couple in Thailand back in 2016, who later on have become my mentors, my life went from being scattered to having a clear-cut focus and deliberateness.

As a certified Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach, my goal is to help you LEARN, UNLEARN, and RE-LEARN. No matter what stage of life you're in, I can help you discover which part of your "present" needs to change for a better "future."
