About Me
I offer coaching for individuals seeking harmonious family relationships and Calling in 'the One' coaching for singles and couples who are longing to "call in" or reinvigorate/evolve the love of their lives. In both cases I help you manifest the future relationship you desire by experiencing and facilitating a change in your relationship with yourself and your 'Higher Power'. Perhaps you feel disempowered by a family relationship. Perhaps you've had a series of "failed" romantic relationships, a recent divorce, been single for a long time, or you'd like to be happier in your current partnership.
If you want happy, healthy family relationships and/or partnership, it's time to get the coaching that will enable you to manifest it! You CAN feel both special and free!
Here's what I'll do: create a safe space in which you can experience healthy connection, envision your desired future, identify and release false beliefs or old agreements that are blocking happiness from appearing more fully in your life, evolve toxic ties, discover or rediscover your inherent worthiness and capacity for love, learn the skills needed to find and sustain healthy relationships, commit to taking new actions to more fully embody the Love that you are, and begin taking these actions. After working with me, you will feel vastly more confident in your ability to co-create peace in your life and/or 'call in' a loving partnership when partner material crosses your path.
I come to this work after three decades of soul searching. Like the rabbit in the children's book "The Velveteen Rabbit" I felt unreal as a child. By receiving great love and great Grace, while daring to face my fears, I became real, joining the happy, 'wild rabbits' in the forest.
My work is informed by spiritual wisdom, 10+ years of daily meditation practice, fourteen years providing therapy to individuals and couples, motherhood, and my relationship with my husband, the love of my life.

I worked with Marina for around a year doing traditional therapy. She had a compassionate understanding of the different traumas and anxieties that I was dealing with that the time. With her help I was able to navigate my way out of the negative and painful place I was stuck in. Marina is an extremely compassionate and capable person who cares deeply for those she helps.

I was in a difficult place with my life. A lot of loss, a lot of challenge, and having waded through pandemia, a lot of disconnection, including a previous therapist. I found Marina by accident, and decided it was worth a try. It took a couple of sessions (getting a good match for a therapist can be a challenge), but I began to recognize a quality in her that I truly valued: mindfulness. I have practiced mindfulness for decades, not evenly, but have recognized the power it brings to a life. Having a therapist whose foundation was based on mindfulness was really different and really amazing. I left each session with a sense of uplift and clarity. Marina's compassion, ability to listen AND offer feedback and, when appropriate, suggestions on change were wonderful. I was truly sad when she announced she was leaving the area. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a soul centered practice.
