About Me

I am an ICF-certified coach with a background that uniquely blends journalism, international life experience, and a deep understanding of high-pressure environments. Before becoming a coach, I spent many years as a television journalist, interviewing world-class athletes, public figures, and individuals navigating intense personal and professional challenges. These encounters shaped my ability to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and connect with people in moments of doubt, ambition, or transformation.
I am also a mother of three and have lived abroad for many years, which has given me firsthand insight into the realities of expatriation—its excitement, its complexity, and its invisible emotional load. My personal journey has also included navigating trauma, particularly after my husband’s serious racing accident. Supporting him and our family through that experience profoundly strengthened my capacity for resilience, clarity in crisis, and long-term rebuilding.
These chapters of my life shape the way I coach today. I work with clients who face pressure—whether from their careers, their family roles, or themselves. I help them gain clarity, manage stress, reconnect to what truly matters, and develop the confidence to lead their lives with intention. I bring a calm yet dynamic approach, rooted in active listening, structured reflection, and a belief in each person’s ability to evolve. My coaching is compassionate but focused, supporting concrete progress and sustainable change.
Because I have lived and worked across cultures, I coach in both English and French, supporting clients in the U.S., Europe, and worldwide. My practice is particularly suited for individuals experiencing transition—career shifts, relocation, parenthood, performance pressure, or emotional turbulence—who want guidance from someone who has walked similar paths.
