About Me

I have a rather unique background!
As the wife of a world-class athlete and a former TV journalist and presenter specializing in elite sport, I’ve spent years around high-performance environments.
I’ve seen firsthand how mental preparation can make the difference between being good and reaching the highest level.
I know what it means to navigate circumstances where there is very little room for error — and what happens when excellence is no longer enough, because the pressure is to be perfect.
My experience has given me a particular understanding of confidence, performance, identity, pressure, and the relationship between who we are and what we are capable of doing.
I spent many years interviewing world-class athletes, public figures, and individuals navigating intense personal and professional challenges. It shaped my ability to listen on a deeper level—to hear what isn’t being said, ask powerful questions, and quickly build trust with people in moments of doubt, ambition, or transformation.
My personal journey has included navigating trauma, particularly after my husband’s serious racing accident.
I am also a mother of three and have lived abroad for many years, which has given me firsthand insight into the realities of expatriation—its excitement, its complexity, and its invisible emotional load.
I coach in both English and French. My practice is particularly suited for individuals experiencing transition—career shifts, relocation, parenthood, performance pressure, or emotional turbulence.
