About Me

My coaching approach has been shaped by guiding over 300 professionals that worked for me and sought mentoring at the three Fortune 500 companies I worked for as well as owning my own business. I'm a results-focused professional with strong executive level leadership skills, nimble and creative problem solver, innovation and change driver. I have led teams across company functions including finance and planning, customer service, major accounts / contracts, operations, and consulting. I bring to my coaching a combination of people-focused development skills, always with an eye to generate impactful results both professionally and personally. My own experience spans the infrastructure, energy, utility, water, environmental, technology, telecom, government, and small business sectors.
