After decades in therapy and social work, including seven years in private practice, I realized traditional therapy often focuses on coping with the past—not creating real, sustainable change. I wanted more for myself and for my clients. So I stepped out of the old model and into executive coaching for high achievers—integrating neuroscience, somatic awareness, and mindset coaching for professionals who are ready to evolve beyond fear and overwhelm.
