As a PCC-certified Transformational and Leadership Coach, I bring over a decade of experience in leadership development, HR strategy, change management and facilitation across Europe, partnering with both fast-paced startups and complex corporate environments. I’ve coached executives, founders, and team leaders navigating growth, change or the need to reconnect with their own vision and energy.
