About Me

Hi, I'm Marta! I am an ICF-certified professional coach, specialized in accompanying processes of deep and lasting change.

Why did I choose to focus on change? Because it is a constant in life; without change there is no growth, and without growth there is no life. My personal and professional history is full of changes: from having lived on different continents to facing intense personal challenges like living with a brain tumor and experiencing the search for a life that would allow me to feel aligned with who I am, both professionally and personally.

I put all my experience and training at your disposal to accompany you on the path that lies between your potential and the satisfaction of achieving the goals you desire.

As a former team leader in an international company, I know the fears associated with approaching change from a place of stability. This is how my own transformation process began.

My intellectual giftedness allows me to work with special sensitivity: I have great empathy and divergent thinking that allows me to connect ideas and emotions in unconventional ways. I listen beyond words, perceive the connections we sometimes miss, and I help you draw your own map, the action plan that will lead you to who you truly want to be.
