Martha Curtis London, England
Life Coach, Relationship Coach, Health and Fitness Coach
Welcome and thank you for checking out my profile.
I hope we can connect on a deep and fulfilling level. In my work with you I tailor my coaching style to your individual needs with empathy and a deep respect for the place you are in right at that specific moment in time giving you the respect and space you inherently deserve.
My work involves two main client groups: I work with women who want to reclaim or improve their life, be it in terms of relationships, self-love and self-care and career, and creatives such as musicians, actors and other artists.
The coaching profession is currently unregulated. The term “coach” is not protected, meaning that anyone can call themselves a coach, which can be problematic at best and very harmful at worst. Directories do not necessarily check a coach’s membership status with professional bodies. Coaching with me means that you are working with a coach who is part of the world’s biggest coaching governing body, abiding by their high standards and ethical codes of conduct and who has had professional and in-depth training.
After several years of working in journalism for different media I studied psychology and worked in research in academia and the NHS (National Health Service in the UK) and trained to become a psychotherapist.
In addition I have a keen interest in women issues, how we can enhance our feminine power and find balance. I run regular public events for women, many dealing with relationships and healing from narcissistic abuse.
Additionally I am a certified meditation and yoga teacher whose approach is non-dogmatic. This means, that I keep my teaching strictly secular and inclusive to all backgrounds.
My work is informed by Positive Psychology, Transactional Analysis and my training in Creativity Coaching as well as my work in the field of psychology. You will experience a creative, authentic and genuine coaching relationship.

Martha's coaching style is genuine, friendly, and solutions focused. She was always present and engaged in the conversation with compassion and care that touched my heart. In her coaching Martha shared valuable tools and resources as well as reflections and feedback. I learned from Martha on a personal level and she inspired me to be more kind hearted, strong, and happy. I learned from her on a professional level to plan timed action steps, be organized, and be open to creativity and playfulness. Martha has a wonderful presence, an intuitive spirit, and an intellectual mind. I would recommend working with coach Martha on personal issues cause her background study is psychotherapy, she has a lot of life experience, and she cares about her clients. Also, I recommend working with her on professional issues cause she has vast knowledge about organization, time management, and technology.Sam, Coach, Saudi Arabia
Martha provided support during a career change and has a patient, kind and supportive approach which was extremely helpful when navigating these life changes. She also provided remote support during key decision making/planning points enabling me to research, decide, plan and meet goals.Sherrie, Nutritional Therapist, UK
Martha, is that special kind of human being who understands & encourages but doesn’t judge or criticise. She’s a great active listener & promotes the exploration of joy, self-belief & compassion in a way which shrouds one in comfort. She creates safety and is essentially trustworthy & loyal. She’s got a wonderful sense of humour, an infectious smile and is at all times ethical & highly professional in her craft. One of those rare people you occasionally meet who infuse you with an inner contentment, a peace and an assurance that it’s all going to be OK.Simon, Artist, UK
