About Me

I’m Dr. Martha Tara Lee, a Relationship Counselor and Clinical Sexologist who’s been advocating for sex-positive, shame-free conversations about intimacy since 2007. I specialize in helping individuals and couples reconnect with themselves and each other—whether they’re navigating mismatched libidos, communication blocks, sexual pain, performance anxiety, or emotional disconnection.

I hold a Doctorate in Human Sexuality and a Master’s in Counseling, and I’m proud to be the only AASECT-certified sexuality educator and supervisor in Southeast Asia. Since founding Eros Coaching in 2009, I’ve supported thousands of clients through private sessions, led hundreds of workshops, spoken on global stages, authored four books, and mentored aspiring coaches and counselors in the field of sexuality and relationships.

My clients come from all walks of life—young adults, married couples, trauma survivors, queer folks, kink practitioners, people in open relationships, and those who simply want to feel more at home in their own skin. I bring warmth, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect to every session. I’m especially attuned to those who have never felt truly seen or safe talking about sex or emotional needs.

In our work together, I combine somatic practices, science-based tools, reflective exercises, and a trauma-informed lens. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in empowering you with insight, practical strategies, and compassionate support as you build a life of deeper connection and greater authenticity.
