I believe we all deserve a big life and are capable of building the best life for ourselves. I provide a safe, comfortable place to explore their innermost dreams when coaching my clients. We then work together to go after everything they desire, with power and courage, to reclaim their extraordinary lives.
I've been there. I experienced hardship and pain, built a successful career and family as the world's biggest pleaser, and was not happy. My beloved husband passed away from an overdose and knocked me off my feet. I was reminded that life was short, and I deserved to be happy. So, I found a coach and built a big beautiful, evolving, happy life. I can help you do the same.
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the largest experiential coach training and leadership development organization globally. I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified End of Life Coach (CEOL) through Coaching at End of Life.
I completed the Positive Intelligence program through Shirzad Charmin in July 2020.
After 16 years, I retired as the Director of Benefits for Stryker, where I led the benefits team that took care of 18,000+ U.S. employees. I was responsible for overseeing employee benefit programs, including health, welfare, and wellbeing for the U.S. and employees on assignment.

Mary is a wonderful coach. Her warmth and caring style made it easy to take her advice on which steps might be next in helping me feel better and be more effective. She made it very easy to connect with her when I felt a crisis coming on. She bent over backwards to accommodate my requests. she seemed to sense when I needed to just let off steam or when I needed her to make suggestions. I am very pleased with the support she gave me when I was going through huge transitions in my life. Just knowing that she is available to me quickly is a source of great comfort and reassurance. I highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting to make difficult changes. She will help you grow and move forward.Elizabeth
My time with Mary Frank as a life coach has been nothing but rewarding. Mary has helped me complete goals in different areas of my life and open my eyes to handling life's circumstances in new positive ways. Mary is truly a great listener and very personable and professional, I know I can trust her. Our conversations always end with a sense of fulfillment and knowing I am ready to meet the next obstacle head on. I know I will use the tools she has taught me to better my life long term.RO
Mary is one of those people who I immediately felt confident in. I had a sense right away from the beginning of our time working together that she was in my corner! What I love about coaching is that I have a person to bounce off the troubling things of life with and I know that together we will find some new solution that was not something I could access myself. Mary is so generous and shares what she is noticing with me in a way that really helps me to reflect and consider new perspectives and to better understand myself. I would definitely recommend that you try her out as a coach!SW
Mary is certainly doing what she is meant to do. Mary did not tell me but actually "coached" me to make my realizations and epiphanies which has helped me with so many aspects in my life. She has a great demeanor and perspective and brings that and so much more to the table!PM
This was my first time working with a coach, and it was a good experience. I would gladly do this again. Mary was able to guide me through a process on a topic where I was stuck. She helped me look at the issue through different perspectives and come up with next steps. I am excited to move forward again!JW
