About Me

I have a passion for working with those who are diagnosed with ADD/ADHD - especially teens and college students. I like to meet them where they are at, idenitify their challenges and work with them to develop stratagies that get them organized and on track. I like to partner with my clients and be someone they trust and feel comfortable with. I also like to empower them so they can move on and become independent. I am a certified ICF coach and have specific training in ADD/ADHD. I'm always ready to offer free information sessions.
