About Me
I have spent over a decade working at the intersection of psychoanalysis and leadership, engaging directly with individuals in positions of power—CEOs, business magnates, and government officials across the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
In 2016, I relocated to Saudi Arabia, where I led a large-scale economic research project and conducted over 600 in-depth, face-to-face interviews with high-level decision-makers. This work gave me access not to their public identities, but to what operates beneath them—how authority is constructed, where it fractures, and what truly drives choice under pressure.
What became clear is this: success does not resolve internal conflict. It amplifies it.
The more control a person has externally, the more critical their relationship with what remains uncontrolled internally.
Leaders often believe they act from logic, strategy, and clarity. Yet again and again, I have observed how decisions are shaped by forces outside of awareness—patterns formed long before their current success, internal loyalties, unexamined fears, and repetitions that quietly organize their behaviour.
Most people at this level do not lack intelligence or capability.
What they lack is visibility into themselves.
My work is not about performance enhancement or motivation. It is about confronting the structures that drive you—whether you are aware of them or not.
As a licensed psychoanalyst, psychologist, and executive coach, I work with individuals who are willing to question their own narratives, examine their internal contradictions, and engage with the tension between control and instinct rather than suppress it.
My work is based on years of direct psychoanalytic observation and dialogue with over 600 senior leaders. It is designed for those who understand that real authority is not only external—it requires the capacity to face what is internally unresolved.
This is not a comfortable process.
But it is a precise one.
