I used to believe I could clearly see what was holding me back but everything changed when I started seeing a life coach in 2015. Today, I have life coaches who challenge me and most importantly believe in me.
Great coaches are coached by great coaches. That’s what has lead me to this point – seeing what is possible first hand allows me to share those skills with my own clients so that they can thrive.
My name is Matt Green and I am ‘The Organised Man’. I’m a Master Certified Life Coach and Organiser with a background in Graphic Design. I am the type of person who cherishes close one on one friendships and have always lived with a ‘less is more’ mentality. I grew up in Melbourne, Australia and so far I have travelled to 25 countries and now live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Over the past five years through volunteering, I’ve helped to improve the lives of children through play by building playgrounds in Guatemala, The Bahamas and Lebanon where I also appear in a documentary focussed on refugees. My biggest achievement to date is climbing Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. Now in coaching, I continue to build relationships, one connection at a time.
I believe in being honest with who you are and making the best decisions for you will provide the stable foundation necessary to be more aligned with your authentic self.
To mean something to someone else, first we need to mean something to ourselves.
I believe we can evolve our own narrative and search for meaning within by living an organised life in order to thrive in this interrupted world.
There are people who simply live their lives. And then there are people who take charge of their lives and live it so passionately that they are in love with it.
I believe in starting now, begin the change you want to see. Focus on one step at a time, one change at a time, see obstacles as opportunities and complete what you start. One pivot, one small decision to change is better than doing the same thing repeatedly.

Matt was very helpful in holding space for me to sort out my thoughts and get a plan together for next steps in building my business. He listened, asked inciteful questions and helped me cut through some of the BS my brain was throwing in the way in the form of procrastination, indecision and overwhelm. He's exactly the right coach for getting unstuck and moving forward with confidence.Claire B.

I have had the opportunity to work with Matt on several occasions and can strongly recommend him as a life coach. Matt is an intuitive and empathic coach who provides a comfortable, judgement-free environment in which to work towards achieving your goals.Mark Anderson
After an emotionally tough year I found myself at a pivotal moment in life. I had drive and energy but lacked the direction in which to effectively organize and aim that energy, until my first meeting with Matt. He’s approachable and cool which makes deep, thought provoking conversations easy. Therapists are great for healing the past, but talking to Matt helped relieve my anxiety about the future.Andreas Gebauer
Working with Matt has made a huge impact on my professional and personal endeavours. Matt has an incredible ability to identify whats really going on and to offer different perspectives. The sessions I have with Matt leave me feeling empowered and clear on whats important for me to prioritise my time on. Matt motivates and inspires in a subtle, gentle and unassuming manner which has comfortably pushed me to do more of what I enjoy and, as a result, left me feeling accomplished and fulfilled.Cherry Pennycuick
