About Me

I’m dedicated to the processes of change and transformation, to support the liberation from limiting inner patterns and nourish individual and collective resources to improve the quality of daily life and the working environment.

For more than 20 years I have had the good fortune to work using tools that I had explored for personal interest in previous decades. I have been engaged in personal development, spiritual growth practices and movement disciplines for forty years.

I work in different fields: private, professional, social, educational, artistic. With individuals and families, in organisations, corporations, communities, training companies, counseling and coaching schools, drama and dance schools.
My approach is based on the principles of cultural anthropology, the encounter with other beings who have habits and conceptions of the world different from their own, combining theoretical knowledge with observation, listening, reflection, investigation, research, study and practice.

I'm part of a cultural orientation that is not limited to passing on technical information and methods, but fosters opportunities for the dissemination of constructive values and attitudes geared towards achieving positive change in the quality of life, working conditions and social forms.
I aim to help one to be. Not to add resources, but to bring out one's resources.

My ongoing research is oriented towards knowledge and self-awareness and inner transformation and is founded on the vision of the Integral Approach.
I use the Enneagram map, somatic movement, experience in different movement disciplines and integrative approaches such as Non-Violent Communication and meditative practices in a coherent integration that awakens and engages emotional intelligence, intuition and instinct in a harmonious way.
