My coaching philosophy revolves around the idea that awareness is key to anything and everything we do in our lives, and that by training our awareness, we become more able to change our circumstances and ourselves. I aim to help my clients become in tune with their present moment awareness, to integrate mindfulness concepts and skills into their lives in a natural, approachable way, and with those skills in place, to better understand their selves and how they go about their lives. There's a saying, "What got you here won't get you there," so finding the awareness and space to see what got you where you are, and how to change things to get you where you want to be... that's what I will help you with, in a gentle, step-by-step manner.
Mindfulness can seem overwhelming and difficult to practice, but it doesn't need to be so daunting. I will walk with you on the journey. As a practitioner of mindfulness in my personal life for over a decade, and a dedicated meditator for several years, I have a solid foundation in how to bring the practice into normal life, and in a way that will work best for you and your unique self.
