About Me
I am the mother of two daughters with a professional background in genetic counselling. After the birth of my second daughter I experienced postpartum mood disorder (PPMD) and general low mood which made me question my life's purpose and to crave a slower paced life filled with the things that make me stronger. My personal path of reinvention has created a calling in me to offer healing and support to other women.
I have found much strength in meditation and yoga and I have experienced great personal growth alongside my own life coach. With a little creativity and a lot of openness and honesty about my own needs, I have followed my dreams of starting my own business.
I utilize my counselling skills and my life experiences to help other women discover their life's work, to discover what fills their souls and energizes them so that they can be confident mothers and deeply fulfilled women.
