About Me

I’m Mehnaz Amjad, an HR leader turned coach with over 13 years of corporate experience. With an MBA in HR, SHRM-SCP, and ACC credentials from ICF, I bring both strategic insight and a deep understanding of human behavior to my work. I’m also a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist from Achology, UK, allowing me to support professionals at both mindset and performance levels.

In 2017, I founded Guide and Advice to support mid-level professionals who feel stuck, left behind by their peers, or uncertain about their next steps. My coaching helps clients overcome self-doubt, heal from burnout, and uncover hidden blind spots—so they can rise with confidence into senior roles.
