About Me

Corporate VP turned business owner and coach. For over 20 years, I did what I thought I should be doing, which resulted in a career that looked great on paper, but somewhere along the way, I had lost track of me. I started to feel resentment and quiet dread (ok, sometimes it was loud). I was putting in exhausting amounts of effort, but never felt fulfilled, no matter what cool title I earned.

I’ve coached social workers, CEOs, product builders, marketers, healthcare leaders, and more. The common thread is they’re smart, driven, and quietly coming undone. They’re good at their jobs and well respected, but they’ve built a life around what they can do, not what they actually want to do. That’s where I come in.

I take a whole-human approach, but not in a "dance in the moonlight and journal your feelings" kind of way (but if that's your jam, dance on).

We talk about the real stuff. The fear, the friction, the identity-level stuckness. You bring your story, I bring tools, strategy, and the questions others won't ask.

I have some useful certifications in things like grief work, leadership coaching, and behavioral science, but what actually matters is this:
