About Me

I am a solutions-oriented certified alcohol and drug coach who also specializes in anxiety and mood disorders. I have a masters in Social Work from Rutgers University and completed their addiction counselor training program. I received my coaching certificate in 2017 from Recovery Coach Academy and have been working with adults struggling with substance abuse and behavioral addictions since that time. I also coach clients with anxiety learn to navigate life without letting fear dictate their choices. Anxiety can be chronic, constant, and hold you back. It feels endless when it doesn't have to be. In addition if you struggle with regulating your emotions I use evidenced-based treatment to get you balanced, even, and centered. So if you're struggling with substance abuse, in despair, stuck in the same behaviors, and live in a state of apprehension I can help you. As a therapist and life coach I have been successful at helping my clients recover and learn new coping skills to make better choices. I use a combination of recovery coaching, clinical experience, and my empathetic approach to teach self-compassion which is the bedrock for change.
