Meryl Frank Harari Dallas, Texas
Leadership Coach, Career Coach, Executive Coach
BA, MS, in Guidance and Counseling, Hudson Institute Certified Coach
After 30 years in a successful career as a human resources executive in the healthcare, financial services, energy and transportation industries, I launched a coaching practice to assist people with leadership development and career transition.
I coach successful professionals who want to explore their options and move on or up from their current position, employer, industry or location to find and re-ignite their passion. My clients report that I help them gain "a renewed sense of confidence, determination and hopefulness about (my) career and future." I do this by helping them discover and leverage their strengths -- some of which have been taken for granted or simply forgotten.
On the personal side, I have been happily married for the past 14 years after losing my late husband to cancer when my son was 8 years old. I am blessed that my son, now 30, has grown into an exceptional individual--intelligent, creative and compassionate. While I never "signed on" to be a single mom, I learned that a supportive work environment is vital to an employee's success as both a parent and a career person. I am passionate about assisting leaders to understand that "the whole person comes to work" and that self-awareness and superior communication skills are critical for both the individual and the company to succeed and thrive.
I earned my coaching certificate from the prestigious Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and accreditation from the International Coach Federation. I have an M.S. in Guidance and Counseling from Hunter College and a B.A. from the City University of New York. I am certified to administer various assessment tools including: EQ in Action, the Winslow Profile, 360 Reach and MBTI.
In my spare time, I love reading, Zumba, travel and music.
Please call or email me today to discuss how I can help you grow as a professional and assist with YOUR career transition.

"What surprised me is the great success I’ve ended up having this year; a sort of amazement in myself.Director, Marketing, Dallas, TX
From being terminated in February and having zero confidence in whether or not I could make my own firm a success (or even where I would take my career next), to actually having paying clients, a legally established LLC, branding/visual identity for my company, and plans for how my company will look in 2012, I’d say my progress has been positive and healthy. It’s been a steady and successful rise, one that I owe in great part to Meryl’s coaching.”
"Although I was initially hesitant to meet with a “Career Coach” I found Meryl to be very professional and her direct, honest, yet sensitive approach in working with me to be quite effective. She’s a great coach, advisor, and confidant. I highly recommend Meryl as a career coach who will provide great value to her clients.”Manager, HR, Dallas, TX
“I believe I calmed down and was under less anxiety because I had a professional to share my career concerns with. I am more structured and planning for the future.VP, Public Relations, Ft Worth, TX
“You only have to get one job.” This is a great thing to remember. The coach was an excellent listener and self directed me to my own solutions vs. telling me what to do. And, offered additional resources, tips, insight and experience I would not have found otherwise.”
“I was surprised that the coaching was so beneficial; I wasn’t expecting such a big impact.Manager, Operations, Alexandria, VA
A major takeaway is that how my last job ended was only a “blip” in a strong record of achievement. I now feel that I have come a long way in my readiness to “sell” myself; I have a renewed sense of confidence, determination and hopefulness about my career future.”
Meryl is very objective and direct in her recommendations. She is very cognizant of how the message will likely be received and so tailors the delivery accordingly. She is a very effective communicator.Chief Operating Officer, Frisco, TX
