My path began with a deep interest in human behavior and a passion for helping others. With degrees and training in Psychology, Counseling, and various therapeutic modalities, I transitioned from therapist to life coach to provide individualized, whole-person support.

I was a therapist for 8 years, working with individuals, couples, and families, and have 20+ years’ experience in digital marketing driving brand growth and financial success in business—so I understand both personal and professional transformations. I’ve been a Certified Life Coach since October 2023, and I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and purpose.
