I'm a certified professional life coach specializing in neurodivergent individuals, especially Asian Americans.

I'm neurodivergent myself. I'm also Asian American. I understand the complexity of both identities because I live them.

My background is 25 years in higher education and the fine arts with a master's in organizational leadership. But what matters most is this: I know how to listen, ask powerful questions, and partner with people as they discover what they need.

I'm trained in collaborative coaching. I won't tell you what to do. I'll ask questions that help you figure it out.
