For over 30 years, I've worked as a licensed holistic practitioner while building an extensive business background within legal and corporate communities. Life experiences, including surviving a lightning strike, heart surgery, and cancer, combined with certifications in Holistic Life coaching, Executive coaching, Career coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) shape an approach that fuses mindfulness with practical strategy.
