About Me

Michele has more than 15 years of experience helping companies and business leaders successfully grow their business in an international and multicultural environment. She has worked in America, Europe and Asia, and most recently in Australia. She has held positions as a Strategy Consultant, Executive Coach, Export Manager, Sales and Marketing Director, KAM, Director of Supply Chain and Logistics, and is also an Entrepreneur. Her experience covers a broad range of sectors including Digital Technology, Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Merchandising and Finance. Her functional expertise covers as well a broad spectrum of areas including business development, international and cross cultural marketing, branding, communications, as well as purchasing, supply chain management and logistics, specializing in relations with Asian suppliers. She has consulted with companies from start-ups to PYMES to Fortune 500s. Recently Michele´s work has been focussed on helping not only businesses prepare their strategy and execute, but she has focus her coaching work on helping leaders prepare and navigate transformation, successfully manage change, and lead organizations during growth.
