About Me
If you're in a life transition—feeling stuck, uncertain, or just craving more clarity and joy—you’re not alone. Many of my clients find themselves asking, "What’s next for me?" but struggle to silence the “shoulds,” reconnect with their purpose, or trust their own voice again. The gap between who they’ve been and who they want to become keeps them up at night.
That’s where I come in.
I help women shift the energy they’re showing up with—so they can think clearer, feel more grounded, and lead lives that reflect who they truly are today. Through powerful questions, intentional coaching strategies, and a judgment-free space, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and ignite what’s possible. My approach blends soulful support with practical tools to help you make choices that align with your purpose and values. Clients often tell me they leave our sessions feeling lighter, more empowered, and excited to move forward with confidence.
My coaching is rooted in the iPEC® methodology, where energy is the lens for transformation. I hold a master’s degree in education from Penn State University, am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a COR.E Leadership and Transitions Dynamics Specialist. With more than two decades of experience in instructional design, leadership development, and coaching, I've guided women through personal reinvention, career shifts, and meaningful growth. My journey—from educator to coach, volunteer mentor to transformational guide—is what makes me uniquely qualified to help others rise.

Working with Michele has been one of the most grounding and empowering experiences in my personal journey. We first connected as colleagues, but during one of the messiest, most transformative times in my lifenavigating a divorce and rediscovering who I really amMichele offered gentle yet powerful life coaching that helped me reconnect to my core values and inner truth. Her workshops completely blew my mind. The energy, the insights, the way she holds spaceit was truly transformative. Over time, weve bartered skills (I helped with her website, and she offered additional coaching and guidance), and through those exchanges, Ive come to deeply appreciate the wisdom, intuition, and light she brings to every conversation. Michele seems to have this rare ability to remind you that your power has been within you all along. Her knowledge runs deep, and her heart even deeper. Im endlessly grateful to know her, to have learned from her, and to witness the way she supports others with such grace and clarity. If youre even thinking about reaching outdo it. Schedule the chat. You wont regret it.

I reached out to Michele because I felt completely stuck. My days felt aimless; I was just going through the motions without a clear idea of where I was headed or why I was pursuing certain paths. I was trying to do everything at once, constantly being unrealistic about my time, which left me frustrated at the end of each day with an endless, unchecked to-do list. Michele helped me realize that getting clear on my core values was the secret to making smarter decisions. She guided me, showing me how to prioritize and break down tasks into realistic steps. Now, I'm able to apply it to my daily routine. I can calculate how much time each task will take, and I now end my days with a structured, completed to-do list because I'm using my energy wisely. Im not overwhelmed anymore. This has given me great confidence. It wasn't that I lacked the capability; it was that I was trying to do too much at once without truly understanding my motivations or realistically assessing the time commitment. Michele simply helped me restructure and hold the skills and values I already had.
