About Me

My passion lies with helping children and families identify and achieve their own personalized goals. Utilizing a trauma-informed lens and evidence based practices, I help children learn, grow, and thrive. I earned my Master's degree in counseling through Oregon State University in 2016 and I have been supporting children and families throughout Jackson and Josephine counties for over ten years. The first step in supporting your child and your family is identifying strengths and struggles. I do this by asking questions and actively listening to your unique story. The next step is creating a personalized plan of support that best fits your specific needs. I utilize techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to: Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Child Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Collaborative Problem Solving.
