About Me

Hi there,

I'm a sacred sexuality coach. I'll help you learn how to transform your pleasure into a spiritual practice (with or without a partner.)

Much of what I do is Tantric (I'm certified by the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality) but I also incorporate Taoist, Pagan, and other spiritual perspectives into my work.

In most sessions with me, I will teach you a sacred sex technique in a non-explicit way. Then I will assign it as "homework" for you to try away from the session in whatever way you see fit. At the beginning of our next session, we will discuss your experiences and use them as a launching pad for the next technique you'll learn.

In addition to taking your sex-life to a whole new level, these exercises are deeply healing and can be transformational to your entire outlook on life. Even in very simple techniques, a lot of unexpected emotions and experiences can crop up.

When that happens, I use a robust coaching methodology that is a combination of neuroscience and somatic trauma-healing to help you integrate and heal the emotional wounds that arise.
