About Me

Like most people, I grew up without a roadmap for healthy connection. I learned early that love could be confusing, that conflict could feel dangerous, and that the patterns we inherit from our families have a way of following us into adulthood, whether we want them to or not.

When I discovered Relational Life Therapy, something shifted. For the first time, I had language for what I'd been experiencing and more importantly, actual tools to do something about it. RLT didn't just change how I work with clients. It changed how I show up in my own relationships, my own life.

That's what drives me after 18 years of clinical practice: the moment a client realizes they're not broken, they were just never given the skills. I've seen couples on the edge of divorce reconnect in ways they didn't think were possible. I've watched individuals break generational patterns they'd carried for decades. And every single time, it reminds me why I chose this work.

I'm not here as the expert who has it all together. I'm here as someone who practices these same skills every day and who knows firsthand how transformative they can be.

Now living in Canada, I continue my passion for helping others through certified Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and trauma-informed relationship and self-worth coaching. I support individuals and couples who want to break old patterns, strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and feel more grounded and empowered in their daily lives. My work blends RLT tools, mindfulness, nervous-system awareness, inner child work, boundaries, and self-compassion practices.

I’m also a wife, a mother, a daughter, a friend, and a Tia. I love travel, yoga, working out, cooking, nature, and spending time with my family.
