I provide deep leadership, organizational development and coaching experience to each client. That includes 35 years of leading and consulting in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, as a communicator, strategist and organizational developer helping to coach, develop, mentor and advise many leaders through challenging leadership realities. I founded Vibrant Leaders, my own coaching and consulting practice in 2015 to focus exclusively on leadership development and performance. I am a certified professional co-active coach (graduate of CTI); a certified leadership circle practitioner; and am certified by the International Coach Federation. I also work internationally as a leadership and organizational development advisor.
