I am a Master Certified Professional Coach and a member of the ICF, with over 16 years of comprehensive expertise in guiding individuals through the various different life challenges, how to deal with grief, loss and coping with bereavement, relationship issues, navigating the ups and downs of the dating world, and making career transitions/changes. All of these areas I have dealt with personally and overcome and still standing strong.

I have coached upwards of 10,000 clients and I am deeply passionate about my work. My approach is non-judgmental, and holistic and as your thought-partner in this process, I believe in ensuring we have a safe and trusting space throughout our journey.
