About Me

I’m an executive coach and organizational consultant passionate about advancing human development and helping people step into their full leadership potential. With 17 years of experience across sectors, including tech startups, government, and global nonprofits, I’ve worked with leaders around the world, and no matter the setting, my focus remains the same: helping people grow with clarity, purpose, and impact.

What brought me to this work is deeply personal. Early in my career, I was a young professional and first-time leader who cared deeply about doing a good job, but I lacked real guidance and support, which created confusion and led to many challenges. I also witnessed far too many examples of toxic leadership, and those experiences stuck with me. They sparked a commitment to not only learn how to lead well myself, but to help others do the same - with intention, empathy, and impact.

I hold a Master’s in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from NYU, as well as certifications in Hogan Assessments, 360 Feedback, Team Coaching, and ICF credentials. My coaching style is a blend of behavioral science, data-driven frameworks, and a deeply human-centered approach. I use tools to bring data and structure, while creating a warm, non-judgmental space for reflection and growth.

I build rapport quickly and genuinely enjoy getting to know people, understanding their world, and working through their challenges together. Whether I’m supporting an emerging leader navigating visibility and confidence, or working with an executive team to align on how they lead together, I bring curiosity, structure, and heart to the work.

I've learned to embrace the winding life journey and love supporting other's on theirs as well. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move into the next version of themselves and to witness the impact they have on others along the way!

I am also a mom and a cancer survivor which both contribute greatly to who I am today.
