About Me

As a leadership and business coach, I offer a personalized blend of leadership, life & performance coaching, planning support and research-based skill development.

With the exception of New Coaches, I work with established businesses.

For new coaches I offer start-up support as you learn to build your business.

My background:
In my 25-year career with a Fortune 500 company, I have worked in the US and Canada in HR, Operations, and Manufacturing, giving me real-life experience of a business from multiple vantage points. This real-life experience, combined with continuous learning in leadership, business, and human behaviour, informs the support I provide my clients.

Areas of Specialization:
1. Business Owner Performance: I help Owners feel capable and confident to run their business. We'll tackle and dismantle stress, self-doubt, and procrastination while building positive, intentional habits.
2. Business Operations Improvements: We'll create a plan to develop or improve revenue, structure and processes and skills to create a smoothly operating business.
3. Leadership Development: I help my client upskill their leadership capabilities to feel confident and capable of creating a culture that provides support and accountability for employees to do great work.

Other business owners are down in revenue and want support fixing the financial health of their business. In this case, it's a revenue focused plan that starts with a PnL evaluation
