About Me

I'm Michelle Pinchev, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), life strategist and former business owner. I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, unfulfilled or uncertain about their next move get clear on what they want and chart a clear path forward.

I offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery session to discuss your situation, what you'd like to change and whether we're a good fit. You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk. That's what I'm here to help with.

Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly 20 years in marketing, business strategy and leadership. In 2015, I launched Pinch Social, building it into a successful agency serving major brands including Intel, Scotiabank and Marriott. I sold the company in 2024.

That real-world experience shapes my practical approach to coaching. I understand that knowing something needs to change is very different from knowing what to do about it.

My clients are navigating career changes, business decisions, relationships, major life transitions or simply feeling stuck. I combine professional coaching with strategic thinking, problem-solving and accountability.

Our sessions are candid, collaborative and action-oriented. My goal is to help you build the clarity, confidence and momentum to move forward independently.
