About Me

Miguel is a serial entrepreneur, corporate manager, and certified leadership coach. He coaches leaders in Tech on topics including, personal growth, authentic leadership, and connection with themselves and their teams. He is fascinated by the endless possibilities that human beings and digital technology can achieve together. After studying in Switzerland, Brazil and Finland, he ventured out to set up several startups (with a mixed bag of successes and failures along the way). After some years working in the digital domain he joined Philips to lead digital teams. He thrives to challenge teams & individuals to fly beyond what they thought was possible.

Next to this, he enjoys yoga and bouldering. He is originally from Switzerland but now enjoys floating on the canals of Amsterdam, his home for the past 10 years.
