About Me

Hi, I'm Mihika! I'm a life coach and retreat leader who has helped over 300 individuals let go of their baggage, find what lights them up and find meaning and fulfillment again. I understand how it feels to be caught in life’s rollercoaster ride, yearning for meaning and clarity while juggling endless demands.
My 3 signature programs are- Unburdening (to let go of past emotional baggage and anxiety about the future), Find what Lights you Up (to help you uncover your core values and do what brings you joy) and Step into your Authentic Power (to help you overcome imposter syndrome and self doubt).
I am a certified coach and have a degree in Psychology, counseling and communications.
Having faced my own challenges, especially around needing to overcome self-doubt and work toward a life that felt authentic, I understood the power of the right support, guidance and inner alignment and how they can truly cause breakthroughs in life. I understand that keeping up with life’s relentless pace while feeling a deeper sense of disconnection is exhausting, and that's what I now offer help and support with.
Feeling out of sync with your values and aspirations should not be normal, and I help with just that. It is clear to me that the key isn't "doing more" but realigning with what truly matters. This realization led me to design a process that helps others do the same, one step at a time.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding numerous women to live more fulfilled, aligned lives. They walk away feeling lighter, inspired and on a path to fulfillment. I’ve created a space where women can reconnect with their inner selves, gain clarity amidst life’s chaos, and step confidently into their power.
