Hi, I'm Mihika!
I understand how it feels to be caught in life’s whirlwind, yearning for meaning and clarity while juggling endless demands.
I have designed 3 signature programs- Unburdening (to let go of past emotional baggage and anxiety about the future), Find what Lights you Up (to help you uncover your core values and what brings you joy) and Step into your Authentic Power (to help you overcome imposter syndrome and self doubt).
At 19, as an undergraduate student majoring in English and Psychology, I faced my own challenges—needing to overcome self-doubt and work toward a life that felt authentic. This experience shaped my understanding of the power of the right support, guidance and inner alignment.
After working multiple jobs and pursuing a graduate degree in Global Media and Communication, I found myself on the same hamster wheel so many women are on—keeping up with life’s relentless pace while feeling a deeper sense of disconnection. But amidst the busyness, I noticed that I wasn't the only one, there was a recurring theme: countless women, despite their achievements, felt unfulfilled and out of sync with their values and aspirations. It became clear to me that the key wasn’t doing more but realigning with what truly mattered. That realization led me to design a process that helps others do the same, one step at a time.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 100 women to live more fulfilled, aligned lives. I’ve created a space where women can reconnect with their inner selves, gain clarity amidst life’s chaos, and step confidently into their power. With personalized coaching, workshops, and tools, I help women make small but meaningful shifts that lead to extraordinary transformations.
