About Me
Are you stuck in self-doubt, constantly seeking approval, and unsure how to move forward in your career, relationships, or life? Perhaps you’re prioritising everyone else’s needs, struggling to break free from limiting beliefs. If this resonates, know that change is possible.
I coach women to build fulfilling careers, deepen relationships, and create lives that align with their values. Each of us carries something extraordinary, yet as women, we’re often not taught to recognise or validate our worth. Navigating this alone can be overwhelming and rarely addresses the root causes, often leaving you feeling stuck. That’s where I come in. I offer a supportive partnership to uncover core challenges and create a pathway to lasting change with clarity and alignment with your needs and purpose.
Many of my clients come to me feeling lost, longing for change and self-worth but unsure how to claim them. My coaching approach, rooted in Nonviolent Communication and Transformative Coaching, is based on the belief that all human beings are creative, resourceful, and whole. I tailor my process to each client, helping them build awareness of their core needs, explore new perspectives, and make choices based on values rather than fear. Many report newfound clarity and confidence, reclaiming their voice, strengthening relationships, and aligning their careers with their passions.
I know firsthand the power of stepping into your worth. After 20 years as a freelance Art Director, I built a second career more aligned with my values at 45. Having lived in 5 countries, I’ve also spent the past 3 years co-creating an ecovillage community living in Portugal. As a mother of 2 in an 18-year relationship without marriage, I understand what it means to build a life and career free from fear-based norms.
As an ACC and NVC practitioner with over 10 years of experience, I hold an EMCC at the Senior Practitioner level. My mission is to help women access their strengths, inner power, and creativity.

Milena and I started working together at a time when I felt really stuck. I was trying to figure out my next career more, and although I knew I wanted a big shift, I was overwhelmed by too many interests and had a hard time connecting with I truly wanted. Milena helped guide me back to myself. With her support, I was able to access answers I already had within me but couldn't quite reach on my own. She has this amazing ability to reflect back what you're saying or feelings in a clear and organized way, almost like she's turning messy thoughts in your head into bullet points that actually make sense. The way Milena leads a session, asks questions, and holds space feels like an intense unblocking and liberation. It's light and natural, but also deep, like she was helping me peel back layers I didn't even know were there. I always felt like Milena truly wanted to understand me, my story, my goals, how I navigate through the world, and that made me feel really safe and supported. During one of our sessions, a personal issue, that was not related to what we were focusing on, came up, and the way Milena acted really stayed with me. She held space with so much care and zero judgment. I felt heard, respected, and free to just be myself and vent out. I'm incredibly grateful for the timing of our work together. Milena's guidance came exactly when I needed the most. When I met Milena I was struggling with relating with my partner and other close relationships in my life.
