About Me

As a passionate career and life coach, I specialize in guiding, empowering, and partnering with women seeking to return to paid work. After working in the education, non-profit & agency recruiting sectors, I took a 10-year hiatus to raise my children before returning to the workforce. Upon returning, I found my passion in supporting other women going through this same transition. This led to my work running successful returnship programs with Fortune 500 companies and coaching hundreds of professionals from a wide variety of industries, backgrounds, levels, and career stages.

In my coaching practice, I find great joy in seeing the same promise in my clients that I finally found in myself when I returned to the workforce. Clients choose from sessions focused on job searching tools, resume work, optimizing your LinkedIn profile, interviewing, etc. In addition, I am able to explore networking strategies, overcoming imposter syndrome, work/life integration, and how to navigate today's job market. I look forward to supporting, challenging and partnering with women who are feeling stuck and are looking for someone to walk alongside them to find a way forward.
