About Me

Hi, my name is Mitch Gibson and I’m a Business Coach.
In saying that, however, I am much more than that. I needed to be to get where I am today.
Like many other aspiring entrepreneurs, I started out in the 9-5 slog (which soon became 8-7!).
For the next 30 days, I tracked every single business-related task and how long it took out of my day.
I then set my self a goal of systematising 2 hours of that work each month.
This is something I educate my business coaching clients about today!
As time went on, my weekly time commitment to my business continued to decrease. However, my profits started to soar.
Each year since then I have had a minimum of 120% growth in that company. I systematised the business so that it ran without me.
My passion now lies in helping other business owners tackle the same challenge.
But to ensure I don’t get sucked in to the same trap, I only work with 5 clients at any one time.
