Monica is one of the best coaches I've worked with - her care and attention is paramount with amazing tools to bring the issues out of the mind and into the physical where they could be dealt with. Things that I thought would take years to work through were handled in just a few sessions. I can not believe the progress made and how enjoyable this was despite the anxiety and stress around the topics. Thank you so much Monica - it is great to know someone like you is there when I need help and I continue to recommend you to people I know!Marsha Sharpe
