About Me

Welcome!

I'm thrilled to work together. I'm an engineer who has worked for top companies around the world such as Shell and Conoco. I've completed a 3-year program with Shell that focused heavily on leadership and have been trained in many areas of engineering (civil, mechanical, telecom). I've led large teams to deliver projects with budgets over $400 million. I've also worked in various industries such as oil and gas, Department of Defense, telecom, and others.

I'm from Alaska and love salsa dancing, country dancing, and of course exploring the mountains. Don’t forget backcountry ice skating and backpacking. So much to try! 

I have a huge passion for helping people create fulfilling careers and lifestyles. I’ve experienced how hard it can be not having a career mentor and feeling alone in the journey. I want to make sure you don't feel that way.

It’s my mission to pass on all my learnings from changing industries, being sought out for many new roles, working private and public, getting certifications, and more. And of course, learnings from my own phenomenal mentors. 

Go after that dream job, the promotion, a new industry. Being unhappy at work shouldn’t be a thing. Being unhappy after work is even more atrocious. 

I help people find a role that is fulfilling inside AND outside of the office. Our careers are so closely tied with mental health, our ability to provide for families, pursue hobbies of interest, the list goes on! It really does impact almost all areas of life.
