About Me
I’m a certified Executive, Leadership, and Life Coach with nearly 10 years of experience in international human resources, leadership development, learning program management, and diversity & inclusion at Amazon.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported leaders and teams across Europe and India through coaching, training, and leadership programs. I’ve also worked with employees from diverse backgrounds—including new managers and people with disabilities—to help them feel supported, confident, and able to grow.
Today, my coaching focuses on confidence building, stress management, and developing leadership that is inclusive for everyone. I know how it feels to face self-doubt, pressure, and change—I’ve been there myself. I work with people who want to grow as leaders at work, but also with those who simply want to feel more confident, balanced, and fulfilled in their daily lives. My passion is helping others uncover their strengths, find clarity, and lead with empathy both professionally and personally.
