About Me
I am a career and leadership coach, cycling record holder, TEDx speaker and author. I coach seasoned professionals who often have been having a successful career but now look for a career change because they are looking for a new challenge and/or their life situation has changed. They know that they need a change but often struggle to identify how the next step might look like.
I am a recommended coach for the University of St. Gallen with extensive experience and expertise in career re-orientation. I give workshops around the world and have spoken at TEDx, Rotary Club, Morgan Stanley, Vistage, Women Coaches Symposium, Eurobike and more.
Originally from Germany, I have lived in the USA, Australia, Spain and now Switzerland. A graduate from University of Minnesota and Georgetown University, I have previously worked for the World Bank, International Monetary Fund and IBM.

I came to Monika as I needed a career change. I am 39 years old and quite successful in what I do. But I didnt enjoy it anymore. I had to drag myself into work and it drained my energy.
