About Me

I love what I do and the life I've built, and want to help others achieve the same.
Having successfully coached clients for several years in London (taking one from an unhappy truck driver to living his best life as a computer programmer in recent months!), I work as a life coach/success coach to help you get where you want and faster.
With a BSc in Physics, LLM Masters in Law and working for over a decade as a Chartered Project Professional, I see myself as the bridge between the empirical evidence side and helping people get out of bed in the morning.
My coaching philosophy is radical, evidence-based, no BS, direct coaching. Leveraging PERMA Plus, Positive Psychology and the latest wellbeing research.

I've devised 18 core principles and applied them to my own life with great success, e.g. running my own business, Distinction in Grade 8 Piano, learning advanced Italian, reached a high earning job delivering programmes/projects in government security and most importantly have cultivated rich and supportive relationships that make it all feel worthwhile.
I'm also currently finalizing a 12 week Transformation Group Coaching Programme (conducting User Research before service go live) whilst 1:1 coaching, and feel like if you are someone ready and driven to make some life changes then I'd love to help you crush your life goals!
