About Me
I am a HR Practitioner who has been into the coaching space in the last 5 years. With a background in HR, I am able to help young leaders to be effective in their roles using multiple NLP exercises and grow model of coaching. I also use HOGAN and other personality assessment tools when the client likes to aligns career to personality. Even if it recommended that one should keep professional and personal lives separate, one never knows when they intermingle and influence our behaviours.
I help my clients build action plans using the concept of positive intelligence to build emotional intelligence.
