About Me

Psychologist, Trainer and Solution Focused Life Coach, seeking to make difference in the lives of people through creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Started working in CDMRP- Department of Psychology, University of Calicut as Liaison Officer since 2017 .Graduated from Department of Psychology, University of Delhi in Psychology with a keen area of interest in organizational development and change management and undergone training in ICF accredited Solution Focused Coaching, at Solutions Academy, Homburg, Germany. Started my Coaching Career in 2019 and coached working professionals and students and the journey goes on.
My approach is based in Solution Focused Practices where client is the expert and the coach just partners or facilitate with the clients to maximize their potential.
